It also includes managing and monitoring of the complete operations and maintenance of the solar plant through a 24×7 remote monitoring system.
1) Reports generation: In today tech environment, while most of the brand inverters are able of the generation data, we as a O & M partner reads whether the generation output coming is optimum or not. We also provide remote monitoring system, using which our client, sitting in his workplace capable to check the data on daily basis and provide you the numbers. We will be able to study and scrutinize out of the generation data that a layman eye would not be able to do. Most of the observations about something wrong can be raised out with regular monitoring and timely reporting.
2) Preventive maintenance: We as an O & M partner keep a keen eye on the generation of the solar PV system. We will be able to give alerts to a problem perhaps, even before it has come to fore. We believe in a thought which give us a learning that a stick in time, saves nine. As we said above, regular washing of the solar panels as well as product checks are also done by our maintenance engineers as a part of preventive maintenance whereas frequency of washing depends on site to site., but generally, it is about fortnightly.
3) Corrective maintenance: We also give assistance to our clients when something goes wrong. If something goes wrong, the Pinaka Solar Power O&M team is experienced & technically sound to fix that problem. In case there is a crucial problem, a proper diagnosis of the problem will be done and a replacement would be made to ensure the system continues to operate at optimum. Generally, corrective maintenance is not often required if we do EPC, but just in case if it is required like a wire that has become loose or there is a panel that is not performing up to the mark, corrective maintenance would be required to ensure generation in full swing in long run.
